About the event
Join Forest Spirit LLC and Mary Middleton for a mini retreat at Lime Creek Nature Center. The day starts at 11AM with a meditation for gratitude. Gratitude for the beauty of the forest, the harvests of the season and the ability to gather together. Lunch will be provided and will be vegan friendly. Following lunch Karen with Forest Spirit LLC will offer a 3-hour forest bathing experience. The cost is $45.
This is event is in partnership with Mary Middleton Counseling LLC. Mary is a local licensed mental health provider as well as a certified meditation teacher. Mary enjoys bringing guidance to others to find abundance in all areas of life. Mary is a Mason City native and loves to bring opportunities to experience new ways to engage in self-care to the public.
