This is event is in partnership with Mary Middleton Counseling LLC. Mary is a local licensed mental health provider as well as a certified meditation teacher. Mary enjoys bringing guidance to others to find abundance in all areas of life. Mary is a Mason City native and loves to bring opportunities to experience new ways to engage in self-care to the public.
