About the event
Forest Spirit LLC and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources are partnering together for forest therapy and foraging. We will start the afternoon with a guided forest therapy walk to help you disconnect, relax, and feed your soul. After the walk Iowa DNR Naturalist Anne Riordan will teach you about foraging for wild plants, which we will prepare and sample.
Registration is required by August 9 and space is limited to 15 participants. The cost is $25 per participant. This program is geared towards those 12 and over.
