Forest Therapy Walk at Lake Icaria-Cancelled

Take time to relax, disconnect and feed your soul. This gentle guided walk will focus on using all your senses to explore Lake Icaria and is based on shinrin-yoku or forest therapy which has shown to reduce stress, increase creativity, lower blood pressure, provide relaxation, offer a connection with nature and many other health benefits. This walk is in partnership with Montgomery & Adams County Conservation.  Space is limited to 20.
