Forest Spirit and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute with Drake University will be offering an indoor introduction to forest therapy and a walk with your choice of date/time listed below.
Indoor introduction to forest therapy- September 1, 2026 at 9AM-10AM at Harkin Center Drake University.
Your choice of an outdoor walk at Walnut Woods September 1 from 1:30PM-4:30PM or September 2 from 9AM-12PM.
