Discover the serene beauty of Swan Lake Park this spring as you embark on the tranquil trails. Join Forest Spirit Walks and Carroll County Conservation for a relaxing and calming forest therapy walk. Immerse yourself in the healing powers of nature, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the multitude of health benefits that come from spending time outdoors.
This will be a leisurely walk with periods of time sitting to reflect. Sit mats will be available for use. You are welcome to bring a small camp chair or blanket. Participants should dress in layers for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. You may want to bring sunscreen and a water bottle.
